Props and Pixels ships within Australia and internationally. Most storefront orders are Build Kits or physical Miniatures. Build Kits usually require 7 days to build before dispatch, and physical Miniatures usually require 7 to 14 days before dispatch. Finished pieces are handled by commission request, so their dispatch and freight timing are confirmed individually rather than treated like a standard stocked product.

Build Kits and commissions move on different timelines
Build Kits usually require 7 days to build before they are packed and dispatched.
Physical Miniatures usually require 7 to 14 days before dispatch, depending on print volume, cleanup, and packing requirements.
Commissioned finished pieces are scheduled individually. Timing depends on queue position, electronics, accessory requirements, finish complexity, and freight protection needs.
Shipping cost depends on size, protection, and destination
Shipping is calculated from parcel size, destination, and the amount of protection required for the item. Larger props and finished commission pieces can become expensive to ship internationally because the packaging standard needs to stay high.
Import duties, VAT, customs handling, and similar destination-country charges are the buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout or in a commission quote.
Tracking is sent after fulfilment
Tracking details are provided once the order is fulfilled. Standard post within Australia is usually 6 to 10 business days, and Express Post within Australia is usually 2 to 3 business days.
International shipping is usually 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs processing. Carrier delays and customs delays are outside direct workshop control, but if a parcel stalls for an unusual amount of time we can investigate from our side.
Report problems quickly
If you need to change the delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. Once a parcel has been booked or handed over, changes are much harder and sometimes impossible.
If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send clear photos. If a Build Kit arrives with a missing part, contact us with the order number and the missing component list so it can be checked properly.
