1. Prompt Review: Every request is reviewed thoroughly by our team to ensure we fully understand your needs.
2. Sourcing & Vetting: If the model already exists within our network, the process will take approximately 1 week to:
   - Vet the design.
   - Create a prototype.
   - Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure it meets our production standards.
3. Not a Guarantee: While we strive to fulfil all requests, we must also consider the commercial viability of any model. This includes factors like licensing costs for resale, any special manufacturing methods required, or unique machinery needed to achieve a specific finish. Unfortunately, some requests may be rejected if they aren’t feasible for us to produce.

If this happens, we will notify you promptly and provide clear reasoning for the decision.

If you're after something truly one-of-a-kind, we also offer commissioned projects. In this case:

1. We'll work with a designer experienced in creating models similar to your vision.
2. This process typically takes up to 1 month to complete, as it involves detailed planning, prototyping, and adjustments.
3. Additional fees will apply for custom or commissioned projects, depending on the complexity and scope.
