Our Kit Process

What happens before your kit reaches you

Build Kits are not shipped as untreated raw output. Each one goes through a controlled prep path designed to reduce sanding, prep time, and guesswork before you ever open the box.

Controlled physical build

Parts are produced on calibrated Bambu H2D and H2S systems with heated chambers and tuned print settings for cleaner, more repeatable output.

Cleanup and pre-assembly

Larger sections are cleaned and pre-assembled where it helps, so you spend less time fighting alignment and obvious join work.

Vapour smoothing in calibrated chambers

Large visible surfaces are vapour smoothed where practical to cut sanding, filler, and ugly early prep before primer.

QA before dispatch

Each kit is checked before shipping so the parts you receive have already passed through the most important prep and fitment stages.

Detailed assembly and styling guides are available where noted, and our live guide site plus guide assistant are there if you get stuck during assembly, paint, or finishing.
